Simply getting in touch about one of their properties was a challenge. The phone number associated to the listing went to a personal cell phone who’s voice mail box message has no affiliation to the brokerage. After nearly a week I was given an email about an open house which they canceled 48 hours before the event. I continued to attempt to schedule a tour with Ninnette Rawlinitis which could not be met at my available times. After two or three texts she simply stopped answering. I have an application in for this property and still can’t get inside for a look. This has been the most unprofessional event so far in my home hunting. If you’re using these guys to represent your home, just know they’re not lifting a finger of effort.

I'll never do business with Coldwell Banker again. They had two condos for sale (18 & 24 Prospect St, Manchester, CT) and I was told they had multiple offers and bidding was going to be closed by the end of the day. I put in my final offer. The next day my sales agent called and told me the deadline for offers had been extended an extra day because the original listing agent (Kristine Heenan) is no longer involved. The reason was the original listing agent now wanted to bid on the condo - AFTER SHE HAD ALREADY SEEN EVERYONE ELSE'S BIDS AND TERMS!!! Rocko Sanzo, the broker's vice president see's no issue with this behavior!

TOTALLY UNETHICAL!!!!!

I will be filing a formal complaint with the National Realtor's Association.

We were duped into signing a one year "buyer agreement" with Coldwell Banker. The AGENT ultimately did the right thing by shredding the contract - but the manager, Rocco Sanzo, on the other hand - was perhaps the most unprofessional person I've ever encountered in my life. When I explained the confusion (we thought we were signing an agreement to look at one house and didn't know it was a contract for a whole year until seven months later - shame on us for not reading the details) - he told me "too bad" and threatened to sue me for the commission if I used our family friend as an agent. He offered to "settle" for a referral fee, explaining that he didn't care whether we felt what he was doing was "unethical"...that he was completely within his LEGAL right to do it. Is this the kind of man you want to do business with? I sure don't. If the agent ever leaves the company, we'd be happy to work with him again or send him referrals. But the manager I interacted with, Rocco Sanzo, should never be allowed to answer a phone...much less represent this company.
