I am not one to typically write reviews but Yudit has made such a huge impact on our lives that I actually feel a bit of a responsibility to write this one, as it might just help others to find Yudit too. Her warm and kind nature makes you feel instantly comfortable. But what really makes her work so effective is the immense amount of knowledge she has, and how she offers that knowledge in such a down-to-earth, accessible manner that you feel like you are just sitting down having tea with the wisest human. As you start working together, everything starts to make sense, and you realize that even though it will take work, you are going to be ok because she can guide you through it all. Never a doubt, just steady progress. That’s how amazing she is!

I have been working with Yudit for less than a year and feel tremendous progress in myself. I have recycled through 3 other different therapist's prior to crossing paths with Yudit and am so blessed to have found her. She is extremely genuine, intuitive, intelligent, supportive, honest, and guiding. Her unique techniques are transformative. She emphasizes on teaching self-awareness tools that are very accessible, useful, and helpful longterm. Overall, I highly recommend Yudit 10/10!

Yudit is a wonderful, experienced, and caring therapist. She was tremendous with both of my children, providing them with a supportive and safe environment to express themselves and providing them and me with wise and practical feedback and suggestions. Yudit's ethical standards are exceptionally high, which is nothing more than a reflection and proof of how much she cares about people. She has a philosophy that works, and she has written much of it in published works that clients and prospective clients can easily read and understand. I would recommend her very highly for people of any age.
