This company is a nightmare. There is a reason this company has a 3.5 rating on indeed! We agreed on them shipping us a 2nd set of keys when we purchased our vehicle. Months go by and we keep checking in/hear nothing. Finally they said they found the key from the previous owner and asked when we could “pick it up”. We then REMINDED them that we’re from out of state & our prior agreement was to ship it to us. They said “ok let me see if we can do that” then we never heard anything back from them. We called weeks later and asked where the key was, they said it was previously delivered. We explained we never got the key, nor did we know it was being shipped out, given tracking info, delivery status…NOTHING. So we messaged the salesman & she stated she’d escalate things with her manager & look into fedex. A week went by, heard nothing. I called their sales manager “Manny” and he said nothings been escalated, but he could offer me a key set which I would have to STILL PAY FOR. Or to look into fedex which wouldn’t go anywhere. I declined & reminded him we had an agreement & we were told it was escalated with FedEx a week prior which clearly was a lie. He was extremely rude & HUNG UP on me. Needless to say, I still don’t have a new set of keys.
Did I mention if you don’t get your loan through them they will up charge you $1,000+?!?!
AS WELL as when they sent over the title (ONE DAY BEFORE MY TEMP TAGS EXPIRED) I discovered they wrote the wrong mileage which caused me to pay double in inspection fees/double the time taken off of work & driving with expired tags because they falsely wrote the wrong mileage.
Nor have I ever had somebody with a management position hang up on me. Knowing Manny is new to that position, I don’t think he understands his professional obligations. Hanging up on customers when they reject your bogus offer & ask for a different outcome is highly unprofessional & scammy. Save your money for a different dealership! This level of unprofessionalism/lies/false info has provoked me to report this business in every extent possible.

I went in looking for a 4 wheel drive vehicle, asking about a jeep I had seen online. John Goulet met me outside and after hearing my story and reason for needing a 4×4, he told me I could take the car to my very steep and long driveway to see if it would work for me. So, my son and I went alone, after meeting John at the gas station. We left, I came back and tried to get the jeep, but unfortunately the small amount left after my trade in, they couldn't finance. So, I left with my old car and no more than an hour later John texted me with an option to get it financed through a lender they had found. I went back in, signed the papers and off we went with my "new" jeep. So big shout-out to John Goulet and Jordan, who works in the finance department for helping me get financed and making my life a little easier. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a new ride. Good people that are willing to work with you and your needs without any hassle.

Great salesman. We Like Chad and his particular no pressure, no worries attitude. We initially came in to look at a used car. Chad was a bit serious at first, but once he realized I was a person who liked to joke around, he started ribbing me back, which I really enjoyed.

We left and went back to work. We talked about our options then decided to go back and talk to Chad more. After my wife test drove a few vehicles, we decided to up our budget and ended up buying a 2025 Chevrolet Trailblazer. We held firm on our budget and Chad was able to meet our requirements.
