This review is for the mortgage team who completely misled and then stop communicating with us when we asked for updates since we had a tight closing schedule. Paul and his team were extremely stressful to deal with and almost caused us to lose the home we were buying. I would not recommend them

If there was a star for 0, I would have chosen that.
Sylvia Winn did not advocate for my son, daughter-in-law, and grandson. The loose steps were never repaired. The plumbing repair under the sink was amateurish at best. The Eugene E. Kirouac Real Estate group provided a receipt for parts. Not a bill by a licensed plumber. The leak was so called fixed and yet cost my son another $300 dollars to fix, on Labor Day!

Linda shugrue is the worst realtor I’ve ever had in my entire life. She is so unprofessional. She told me to meet her and I waited and waited and she texted me 2 hours later saying she couldn’t make it. She then told me meet up with her the next day and then never showed up AGAIN! She then told me to meet up the next week I came and she never showed… What relator does that I don’t recommend her

First off, I was lied to and mislead. I was told the unit I went to see would waive my credit score if I had a program helping me. That was a lie, then I was told to enter in all my employment information, WITHOUT being able to prove my income so they rejected me with no real basis. Other than what they lied to me about. Jacqueline Caban worst real estate agent I’ve worked with. Because of the misleading information to get me to spend money I already don’t have and need to move on an application fee for her to text me that. Utterly unprofessional, and disgusting behavior

I had been working with another realtor at another firm who wasn’t very responsive or helpful, so I switched to Raveis. Dan Burgio at Raveis introduced me to Gabrielle Logozzo, who turned out to be fantastic. As a first time home buyer, I wasn’t familiar with the process and she took the time to explain everything time in detail. I put a lot of trust in her with the biggest purchase of my life and she didn’t let me down. She gave honest opinions on the houses we saw but didn’t push me one way or the other to select which house to make an offer on. After the inspection, Gabby went out of her way to help me get quotes for needed repairs and we ended up asking for a price reduction. I wasn’t actually expecting to have my lower offer accepted in this market but it was! Gabby has a great combination of warmth and professionalism that made me feel at ease during the nerve-wracking home buying process. I’d recommend her in a heartbeat.

Terrible experience as a first time home buyer. Trying to use my VA home loan and my real estate agent Linda S was unprofessional and rude when asked simple questions. . Never been treated like this before. Wow.
