We have been working with David Hilliker for months trying to weigh our options in this crazy market. During the entire process David has been not only very responsive and extremely communicative, he is always patient and listens to your needs!!! Dealt with agent John Hackett and he refused to answer my concerns . He promised a written reply but didn't do that either. I would not deal with this man because if you have a complaint might not answer u either. If he didn't answer me or keep his word that he would contact me then he might not contact u either. I complained to the Southport Manager about my concerns and she was rude and disrespectful to me and threatened to call the cops if I continued communications with her and the office.. Complained to William Raveis himself no response of course. In my opinion you should avoid the agent and the company like the plague and go somewhere where people keep their word and where your concerns are addressed rather than being threatened with the police. In my opinion this company could care less about the clients concerns
