I recently had an issue with my reefer unit, which wasn't cooling below 15°F when it was supposed to reach -20°F. I was really impressed with how hard the team at W&B worked to identify the problem. They truly listened to my concerns and took the time to understand the issues I was facing with my unit.

A special shoutout to Mr. Jonathan and Mr. Brendon, who were instrumental in resolving the problem. Their dedication and expertise made all the difference, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

I came to W&B based on a friend's recommendation, and I can confidently say I was not disappointed. I will be sure to recommend this facility to others, and Insha Allah “God willing” , this will not be my last visit.

Came here to get trailer air fixed and they went above and beyond getting me rolling again. Super nice people and very professional. Can't say enough about how wonderful they are. Thanks you guys for all your help. Will definitely recommend you to others.

Very professional and helpful people. Our reefer couldn't go down below 60. I called them after hours and they worked on a reefer but the problem wasn't solved. Because they didn't have the necessary parts. They replaced the unit and gave us their unit just to make the delivery safe and meanwhile fixed our unit also. 5 star service. Otherwise we would have had a claim. I really appreciate their service .

Awesome service! Had after hours issue with refer starter. He was waiting for us when we got there, and swapped the starter out in less then 10 minutes. Very friendly as well. Definitely recommend!

My carrier refrigeration unit wasn't getting down below 15 degrees. I called them up I got rite in and they found my fan clutch growling as we shut the unit off . They replaced it within an hour and a half and that's the time , parts and labor bout $1600.00 and some change . Then mark the tech who worked on it wanted me to hang around to make sure it got down to -10 degrees. So I hung out for bout an hour and 20 got it down to temp and I was gone . Very very happy with this shop . Now I come outa my way just to get the oil changed .
