My rating is based on a lack of responsiveness to basic emails—including ones where I was trying to pay for advertising in their newsletter.

This review isn’t meant to shame them, but rather to highlight an area for improvement. Hopefully, this feedback encourages better communication with future members.

In my experience, the Chamber’s primary value is in providing networking opportunities, especially for those who may struggle to network on their own. If that’s what you’re looking for, they certainly offer plenty of chances to connect.

Since I became a member, the excellent team at Waterbury Chamber has always kept in touch with me. they always have us pending in any activity or meeting, waterbury Chamber also has many programs to help small businesses. Excellent work team, excellent current president. I give them five stars.
