I was hesitant to get laser hair removal done, having seen so many picture of bas laser jobs done to people of color with burn areas. It was scary, but once I had it done with Racquel. I felt like a new person. More confident for sure. Rachel is very precise and careful not to over heat the skin. I love her technique. It shows she cares and has alot of experience with all skin types but most importantly for me, I found someone that knows how to work with darker skin tones and has invested in products/devices/machines for that purpose versus other laser hair centers that do not do this and end up burning up our dark skin just so they save a buck or two using lasers that are not meant for our skin types. so bravo to Racquel and I will always definitely recommend especially to my colored folks.

Amazing service! I treated my girlfriend to a massage for our anniversary and she came out glowing, looking refreshed, and relaxed. She had nothing but high praises concerning how well she was being kept by the staff. The owner herself also welcomed us so warmly. I have not found this level of treatment at Med Spas around the area. I will be going back

Transformations is the place to be in the Hartford County for a relaxed, professional and peaceful spa experience. Since I’ve started going regularly I’ve felt so much more confidence as my skin has dramatically improved and every time I leave I feel refreshed. It’s a winner!

Transformations Med Spa is the place to go If you are looking for a relaxing day or when you want to get rid of some unwanted hairs that’s driving you crazy. The establishment is clean and the staff is friendly. Also the owner Racquel Rowe is absolutely amazing at what she does. If you come here for any service, you won’t be disappointed!

Transformations is an awesome experience! The professionalism and attitudes of the staff was delightful. I usually don’t do at home hair removal and I was put at ease for my first appointment.

The establishment is clean and well managed. Also the care to make sure you are not in pain and comfortable was a really nice touch!

I also really love a rewards system! So many points!

I am very happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend a friend or family member!
