We really can't say enough great things about Tim, who helped us find our dream home from 3000 miles away! We wanted to move our family back East after bing on the West Coast for over a decade. We had very specific needs as we both work from home and need offices as well as both having art practices that require dedicated studio spaces. Tim took time to understand our needs as well as our "icing on the cake" items and kept them at the forefront the entire time we worked together. We never once felt rushed or like he was trying to steer us towards a home that didn't fit our needs.

Tim was more than accommodating with us being remote, providing live FaceTime tours of homes and when possible, having my parents or brother join him as our proxy. We always felt that Tim was there for us and we always worked directly with him. It took us about 8 months to find our home and not once did we feel pressured or rushed by Tim. He didn't try to sugar coat things when a house had drawbacks or needed work and he always pointed out potential issues or concerns when he saw them. He even told us to walk away from a few places because they were bad fits for our needs and means.

We were constantly impressed with Tim's knowledge of the market, the process, and his strategies and tactics. Although we didn't have to get into heavy negotiations, everyone we talked with said that you want Tim in your corner at the bargaining table.

In addition to being extremely talented at his work, Tim is just a lovely person. He is kind, caring and thoughtful with a great sense of humor and contagious optimism. Having Tim as our agent made us feel like a member of the family was there, looking out for us through the entire process.
