On behalf of Superior Forestry Service, I can say that Redpointe Group has done an amazing job working with our staff on all levels to design and build custom software to streamline our company's workflow, processes. Our company performs a variety of services for different types of customers in 20 different states. The amount of data and the intricate manner in which that data is used to perform various calculations, makes our systems extremely complicated. Our previous software system was off shelf, and was no longer being supported by the manufacturer. After discussion, our management determined that custom software was the best route due to our company’s unique needs. We commissioned Redpointe to build our new system based on a recommendation from a mutual business partner. To understand our data and processes prior to and during the software build, Redpointe’s developers took the time to meet with everyone from upper level management to the individual employee users. Redpointe was able to develop our software in a manner that kept our business up and running and completely revamped our efficiency capabilities. We continue to work with Redpointe, under an annual support and maintenance agreement. Additionally, we continue to commission small projects as we identify additional reports and modules that are possible in our new system. I would recommend Redpointe to any company in need of custom software or applications. They are highly capable and continually willing to work with us regarding our software needs.
