Experienced, professional and friendly. I have severe arthritis in my knee. I could barely walk. My doctor said I was too young for a knee replacement and prescribed physical therapy. After a month I was still in pain and continued to have difficulty walking. I saw the ad for the perfect workout and scheduled my first session. I’ve been going twice a week for several months and it literally changed my quality of life. I am now pain free! I just returned from 2 weeks in Hawaii and I was able to walk, hike, swim and really enjoy myself. Pain free! Thank you Sabrina and Kenneth for my Perfect Workout!

I’ve been working out with my Personal 1-on-1 Trainer, Sabrina for the past year. She’s been able to improve my core strength, help me overcome a frozen shoulder and help me build muscle mass even though my work schedule afforded me only one workout per week.
