Lisa and Collin were an absolute pleasure to work with. I have dealt with a number of real estate agents in the past and they are by far the best I have worked with. What sets Collin and Lisa apart from other Big Bear agents is that they have the ability to relate to the seller from a family perspective, parent perspective, and millennial perspective. They balance each other out tremendously and understand the trends of the time. We bought our property sight unseen, something I never thought I would do. We put offers on at least 8 homes, all of which Lisa and Collin took time out of their weekend to film and narrate. This was EXTREMELY helpful as it was the next best thing to viewing the properties in person. Lisa's husband is also a contractor, which was another bonus as he gave us valuable input on possible renovations/additions specific to each house.
When we arrived at our newly purchased cabin, everything was just as the video displayed and was actually even better in person. It has been a week now since we moved into our new cabin and both Lisa and Collin have continued to check-in and make sure we feel supported.

It is safe to say we have found not only a new home but new friends along the way.
