In mid-June, we expressed interest in a condo on Zillow. Paula Cashion contacted us by phone almost immediately and asked for details on what we were looking for, and price range. We had a tour in the next few days, and while interested, we thought the price was a bit too high. She contacted us in mid-July to tell us of a price drop, and we moved to an offer in the next few days, and closing by mid-August.

Paula was an INCREDIBLE help and support system throughout my entire process. My luck ran a bit short at first, multiple listings cancelling my viewings, but Paula was still checking for new listings multiple times a day. Any questions or concerns I had were answered thoroughly, and almost always same day. I once found a listing way past the average person’s bedtime, and yet, the next morning, she was outside and ready for our viewing at 10 am.
