During the diagnostic process, Summit went above and beyond by dismantling our air handler to pinpoint the exact problem. After evaluating our options, which were limited, we decided it was time for a replacement. From start to finish, Summit provided exceptional service, ensuring our home and needs were well taken care of. They were patient with my numerous questions and made the entire process seamless. Summit Hvac is the BEST in NWA. Brock ( the owner) still makes calls! They are very knowledgeable about finding you the very best price, too! Manufacture rebates and warranties they did all the research for me. I cant believe how much $$$ they saved me. And my house is staying a steady 72 degrees in 100+ Arkansas August.
