From the front office staff to the counseling staff all are very helpful and professional . They are a wonderful center and Melissa is caring and compassionate. There was no long wait list or any hassle to get services with state of mind counseling they were really responsive and got me in touch with an amazing therapist as soon as possible the transition was very smooth.

When I first started seeing Sarah Kenny at State of Mind Counseling I suffered from anxiety really bad I was afraid to be myself afraid to speak with confidence and afraid to live life.

after 7 months of therapy I can honestly say I’m more then satisfied with the services I received I feel re born again Sarah Kenny provided me with the tools and knowledge to apply to my day to day life to help me over come my fears and insecurities that came with anxiety. I can’t thank Sarah and State of Mind Counseling enough for helping me over come this obstacle that hindered me from so many things that I was holding myself back from.

They do great work here. Thinking of the clients goals is the main focus. They use the client-centered approach, guided by my individual needs and focus on promoting holistic health. I always feel "listened to and heard". I was new to Delaware when finding them and I am very glad I did. It made my transition easier.
