Abel Navarro and the staff were very helpful and the best to work with. I was looking for a trustworthy person to help me with my taxes and Abel not only provided exceptional service and got me a nice refund but also gave me the reassurance I needed to feel comfortable and confident to come back again. He is very knowledgeable and helped break down some tax related questions I had. The facility is nice and easy to find. I highly recommend Abel for any tax needs. While I thought Solution Services was great, this year on my taxes they started the process then completely ghosted me. I had to go elsewhere and now I owe thousands of dollars in penalties for filing late. For this reason alone I rate them with one star, I am now paying for their lack of professionalism. Otherwise in years prior, I was very satisfied with their work and continued to return to them each year.

I’ve been going to Abel for about 3-4 years and I haven’t been disappointed. He’s very good at what he does and does everything lawfully permitted by the IRS. His goal isn’t just to get you the most money back, but also keeps you out of trouble and keeps it straight!!!

Ever, since I began to go with this guy , I began to get audited like crazy by the IRS . 3 years straight I was being audited and in each I had to pay over 1,000. I called the IRS and spoke to someone and they confirmed that the amounts were not being entered correctly, that I was reporting less then I was making, that info was not correct .... I had no words ....I was still in denial thought this guy really seemed decent. I called Able to question him and he gave me the run around .... So, I decided to change my tax person I went to an expert recommended by some of the top guys of my trade, people who have been going with this guy for many many years.. He did my taxes and he also reviewed my taxes for 2015, 2016 ... It turns out that Abel was inputting the incorrect information. He put the wrong amounts that I made for both years, left out other information, how could that be if this guy had my tax returns in his hands, he input the wrong information for my son, he put he was the wrong gender , the wrong social security number, we were never getting the correct amount that we should when claiming our child, and everything was compared , my new tax guy showed me the information, I was able to see the mistakes and fields that were incorrect, the amounts, my child's info. So, he amended them and I am now getting back what I should've been getting... It makes sense how I never got to much and how I was being audited like crazy ! I write this review because this guy had me fooled ! Because I don't think its fair that people just like me that work hard and have kids that we sacrifice our time to only become better to have more to offer our kids.... Its not fair people get scammed this way, Be carful and if your reading this review think twice before going to this guy, this is real life. How, could the business and Abel do this to people, we went in with our son, how could you sleep at night knowing that you take away from people.. How could this person mess with peoples money and income not knowing if the people that go to you Able really need the money.. What if I had a sick child, and that's how I pay the bills for his care, you being a father you should know .. How could you not feel remorse just to make your bank account go up a little or a lot because I'm sure I'm not the only victim . Its really unfair because if it had not been that I caught on to this, I would still be going with this guy and being robbed, and instead of receiving all I would've did was kept paying the IRS ! I should've also looked over the taxes and the information but, I really didnt think it was necessary, I really trusted this guy ! Thanks, for the major bills from the IRS .... It makes sense.. when I called to question this person about my tax audit he gave me the run around.. But, everything in life gets back to you ! If , not the law that will get back at this person, Divine justice will .. You will remember me .. God, bless your could hearted soul ! BEWARE guys ! Proof at hand... contact me ..
