Snelling has never disappointed me. From my mother working with Snelling of Huntsville for over 10 years prior to her passing, to me intermittently working with them for the past 7 years. I obtained a job through Snelling, whom I worked over 6 years with. Now, I'm back at square one. But thankfully, within 2 days, I had a job. I have been working with Snelling for the past 4 years and they NEVER let us down. Katheryn and Hollye are responsive, kind, patient, understanding and so easy to work with. Absolutely, hands down the best temp agency I've ever dealt with. Tammy Pruitt has been awesome as my contact person at Snelling.
I've never worked with a temp agency who genuinely cares to place people at assignments their employees will be pleased with and choose to stay with for the long haul. I was hired within a few days of my interview, and the agency held my hand the entire process. They made me feel beyond important. The staff at Snelling actually are spoken highly of, and even seems to be a preferred company to hire from within my new job. It's bitter sweet. Although I'm forever grateful for this company, I'm confident that the position I've been placed in will become permanent.

My experience with Snelling was great. Every employee that I spoke with on the phone or met with at the office was very friendly and helpful. It took a little patience up front, but Kathryn Brashier lined up a couple of great interviews and one that was a perfect for me, that led to a permanent position. Everyone was quick to respond to emails if I had a question, and followed through with me. I looked for a job for months before getting with Snelling, and they made it happen.
