Every summer I visit this spotless gym with everything you need. Very kind and knowledgeable staff! Environment and people were very courteous and plenty of equipment availability.

A lot of the machines are rusty and falling apart. And the layout of the machines are just too close to each other. I don’t like have to workout so close to people.

Was convenient for me being so close, but unfortunately I will be switching to Anytime fitness because the facility has better quality machines and layout is simply better.

Local to my home, so not to far to drive. Clean facility with well maintained equipment. Good variety of equipment. Not over crowded so machines are available. The current owner, Kim has added new equipment the last couple of years and the daytime manager, Maureen is friendly and runs a few classes. Personal training is available too!

Great gym, with an amazing owner who you actually see and interact with! Clean and up to date equipment in a small yet not too small gym. Perfect for those who don't care for massive gyms that feel like a hike to each rack or machine. The 24/7 access is extremely convenient!

Love the trainer Maureen! She knows how far to push me and makes workouts fun! She’ll start to wrap up our session and I’m surprised at how quickly it went. Great workouts when you’re not watching the time, counting down until it’s over! I honestly can’t say I’ve ever had a more enjoyable and great balanced workout with any other trainer. I’d recommend her to anyone!

Been here for five years and always have a great experience. The weights are always organized and and all the equipment you could need is here for use. Staff always willing to help out with your needs and give tips when required. Overall a great gym to workout at.

Snap Fitness – Niantic, CT – 3/31/2016

I’ve been coming to this gym for several years now… The new owners have made some very nice improvements. One of the great benefits for me is that they’re open 24/7. It works for my busy schedule.

Unlike most gyms that are always packed and you’re waiting for machines, this gym has plenty of equipment and it’s always well-maintained. There's no waiting and they even have certified personal trainers on staff. They have a tanning booth and Pilates machine too… Honestly…, For the money…, You can’t go wrong. I highly recommend them.
