Teles is a fantastic Gym. I have done a couple of classes and an open mat here previously. Every member is always welcoming. Raf and Jeff are both great instructors. Wish I lived close enough to train regularly here!

I am a member at another gym but have wanted to do an open mat here for a while. So I came in to the open mat on Labor Day 9.2. Had great rolls. The folks were super friendly, engaging and kind. The mats were clean and in great shape. You can see there is a great vibe here for folks of all skill levels to enjoy. I look forward to coming back on open mat days and continuing to learn from these folks. Thank you for having me today!

I train in a different gym but on days we don't have class the teachers and students welcome me in as if I was a full time student. The teachers here take the time to make sure I understand the techniques before moving on. A warm and welcoming environment to learn and become a better version of yourself.

Excellent foundational jiu jitsu and kickboxing training in a laid back setting with high level instruction. Raf's BJJ instruction provides a wealth of knowledge with high percentage techniques guaranteed to improve your game. The rolls are intense and fun and the camaraderie on the mat is palpable. Jack's kickboxing class is next level. He uses his knowledge of body mechanics to maximize striking while focusing on conditioning to insure his students can hang for many rounds. Wish I could give more stars! 🙂
