I left a review stating my experience and beliefs. The technician I BELIEVE IN MY OWN PERSONAL OPINION was conflicted. Therefore, we BELIEVE that we didn’t receive the services we paid for.
Threatening to sue me (obviously I have screenshots) then revising your response speaks volumes on your credibility as a company.
But on the other hand, it is an effective tactic at ensuring positive feedback. Mind you, that’s just my own opinion and belief. Not a fact. Please don’t sue me.

I wrote my opinion and experience with your services. In layman’s terms, you can’t do anything about it. Threatening a lawsuit seems a bit excessive, but as you requested, I revised the review.

Today Servpro sent Fernando and Jeff to clean out the ducts in our condo. They arrived exactly on time and brought their equipment into our unit in no time at all. My wife and I were very impressed with their efficiency throughout the 4-hour process, and Fernando kept us informed at every stage, and even showed us images of before and after which clearly indicated how much cleaner the ducts were after they did their work. They were, without a doubt, exactly what every homeowner hopes to see when having work done at their property. In our opinion they are five stars PLUS!!

Excellent service! Bobby & the on-site team (Celia, Aaron & Jordan) were professional, thorough and fast in helping us with our flood! Fernando made sure to check on the drying equipment over several visits. Bobby made sure we were informed every step of the way. My basement got a foot of water in it due to power outage and sump pump not running. They did a fantastic job of drying out and making sure no mold. Above and beyond service, extremely helpful. They helped us deal with insurance issues as well.
