I have been working with Rome for the past five years. Having a personal trainer is the best thing I have ever done for myself. Rome is able to structure workouts to my personal goals and within my physical limitations. Impressed is an understatement. I’ve been working 1:1 with Andrew Romeo in Avon for a month and I’ve already noticed positive changes in my body.
