Horrible experience with a tech from Ritter Internet service he stated his name was Mike out of the mark tree branch he was a very disgruntled employee and argumentive and he was asked to leave my home but he refused l am a very unhappy paying customer... very unprofessional service please advise..

Worst wifi I've ever seen and hands down worst customer service. Signal disconnects so many times a day that watching a movie is impossible!! Then you get lied to by the service techs by telling you that yours is the only one doing this but when you read the reviews and talk to other customers it's a wide spread problem that Ritter is too cheap to fix but they have the nerve to expect your premium payment every month. I would love for a new company to offer wifi in the Marked Tree area, until they have some competition I doubt these issue's will be addressed

So I had cable installed for my disabled brother. He is mentally challenged. I instructed Ritter to install one Jack in the living room, one on the same wall in the bedroom. This wall is a divider wall between. I came home that afternoon to find two cable jacks beside eachother. They want to charge me $45.00 to install it right. My question would have been as a tech would have been, “Why would they want two jacks right next to each other?” I would then COMMUNICATE with customer before making a mistake. I would not charge the customer to fix my mistake! They are coming to repair cable that is out tomorrow anyway. They are not making two trips, nor use any materials. Money hungry company! I’d give them a zero if it were possible. Who operates a company like this Makes you wonder who is challenged.

I have had this internet for two years.
It is possibly the WORST service I have ever had.
Considering I pay the same amount for most customers who receive 50 mgs. I am too far away and only garner 13mgs on a good day.
I have to have a technician sent to my house nearly weekly..but ususally bi monthly. To re-authenticate my internet. Or have them turn off the wireless on their own modem. I dont sunscribe to their wireless..yet it magically turns itself on..all by itself. Which leaves me without internet acess..as the wireless on their modem..is connected to zero in my household.
Next. When you do not have service for any period of time..they do not reimburse you for lost service. Its basically a big.." deal with it" attitude.
The reps are nice..but the company ans. Service is absolute crap.
If you can find ANY other means of internet, use it instead. Or move.

Sit in there for 10 mins today before anyone came from the back so I could pay my bill. Already disappointed about the service. Half the time it don't work. Money down the drain .
