I have talked with Mark multiple times about different new business opportunities that might work well for my family. He has informed me about several different options that might work for us and I have been hesitant to pull the trigger and buy another business. This is the first review I’ve left, ever, anywhere on the internet so I think I’m and of itself, this says something.

The Marks as we called them, did not even represent us but instead were the brokers representing the sellers in our deal. They always were available for us or our attorney (via email or phone) and were willing to work through the mud to get the deal to close. So many curveballs can take place during the journey to a close, many unexpected and all equally likely to derail the deal. We had so many of these. Yet, each one, the Marks pulled everyone together and figured out how to keep it moving. We were first time business buyers and would 100% recommend Resolution Partners on either side of the deal. Much appreciation and thanks in making this happen gentleman.
