First, Wayne and his guys installed the light fixture and bathroom exhaust fans for me. They also fixed little things too. I called him multiple times. The second time or third time, it was like pulling teeth to get him to do things. Then he put in a access panel and put in a pipe connection within the wall. Later after one or two weeks, the pipe he put in, burst and I had to repair it with someone else. He didn't take much responsibility for repairing the pipe or didn't help with payment for the leak caused by what he changed. I wouldn't recommend him.

Wayne did an amazing job building an attic access door in our garage. He is professional, honest, thorough, and reasonably priced. He bought all the materials for us and everything he didn't use, he volunteered to return and didn't charge us for it. We are now hiring him for a second job to make a wall cutout in the living room.

I had Wayne and his crew come out and move our outdoor security system up to the top of the house. The speed was unparalleled and they were done within 10 minutes. Even though it was a small job, Wayne and Josh, both made us feel like we mattered. Usually, with services like this, the smaller the job the lower you go down a list. However, after requesting the service and getting a quote, they made sure to come back out the next day even though they had already had a full schedule. I would definitely recommend for any project, big or small.
