A real gym where you see actual results. Will Harris and his team have created an ideal environment for those serious about fitness and self improvement. It is a full service operation with all of the equipment you want and without all the annoying bells and whistles you really don't need. There is plenty of parking in this prime Rehoboth location. The staff and gym users are super friendly, and it is a true community of like minded people of all ages who strive to become the best version of themselves.

such an amazing place to train!! the club has multiple rooms with all different vibes. the variety of equipment is INSANE. i don't box but if i lived near by i would absolutely start there. me and my sister were visiting and even got shirts to remember our great time. if you're in rehobeth and looking for an awesome gym with fantastic people, check it out

I am 68 years old. I am blind in one eye. I have six metal screws in my spine and I recently had open heart surgery. The truth is I have never really been in shape. But my trainer Yiorgos is with me every step of the way with friendly, expert instruction. He is the best you can get if you are committed to truly getting in shape. He becomes your advocate and if I may be so bold, a friend. So, if this is your time to commit, (and it’s never too late!) contact Yiorgos Rigakos. The RBBC is an excellent place to train. The staff are awesome, and the gym has any kind of equipment you could possibly need, from Olympic lifting platforms to Atlas stones.

Update: This place rocked in 2023- great personal training and a class @ 7:30am during the week. But class is unstaffed-unstructured in 2024 and crowded with a company’s private group. No frills. I’ve moved on in 2024 to places with more equipment and space but if the basics of powerlifting equipment works for you give it a try. It has potential yet to fulfill.
