Terrible experience. They are not transparent in any of their business practices. I was sold on the fact that I can use other offices around the state as part of being a “gold” member. I was charged an extra $60 each time I used another location. 8 weeks to get your deposit back. Kitchen and coffee charges wether you use it or not. I was told this was optional, I brought my own coffee and lunch... this is not Optional. Lastly, when canceling my lease, they were not transparent. I was told the office manager wouldn’t let me out of the lease, I stuck it out for a few months. Could not access my contract online, had to ask the receptionist, come to find out they just need 30 days written notice...
If you are looking for an office space leased from a big corporation that only cares about their bottom line and is inherently dishonest, then I recommend Regus.

Christie and Pam, the staff at the front desk, were fabulous. Made us feel comfortable, answered all of our questions, and worked very hard to make sure that all of our video conferencing equipment worked (it wasn't easy). I would definitely recommend this Regus location to anyone needing a workspace.
