Horrible service. Do not trust the reviews came from his own agents. You cannot trust this person. He told us this is a 'sale by owner' house, but he sent me a contract with added commission without assigning a realtor to me. It was 12 pages long with 89 places to sign. So I didn't read it very carefully. He is slow on responding. We did all the realtor's job ourselves and then he took the broker fee and full commission at closing. You will lose a lot, a lot of unnecessary money with this broker.

She helped me not only find the perfect house, but also ensured that the seller held up their end of the contract (i.e. making sure the lawn was cut when it was knee high at the walk through, and that the belongings were cleaned out).
