I past my test 1/21/25 on my fist try! But after a year of studying I still feel like I wasn’t prepared enough.
The material I was given to study was a bit outdated. Such as, because there’s no math in the test why it’s it still in the practice exam questions.

I didn’t find out there is no math in the test until the week before, when I took the crash course with Rhonda.

Maybe it’s the type of learner I am, but I feel more help & support would go a long way in helping students. You are pretty much given the material & left to doing it alone. And yes I did attend the online live tutorials as well.
With that being said, for me to feel confident enough to take the test it took me a year of studying. But I also open my own business, have 6 kids, 2 dogs, 1 husband & we own our own home. A lot going on!
During the test I feel like I only could confidently answer about 50 questions. I truly did not think I was going to pass. I’m still shocked I did!

If you get Rhonda in your crash course she told us about 5, tomatoes! It was on my test! 😬

In my downtime I would listen to videos on YouTube & also the definitions that were given to us.

The test is not easy! And you can’t be over prepared, only under prepared! Study, manifest, study, manifest, study, manifest!

I recently took the MLO crash course at Real Estate Trainers, and it was an excellent experience! Patrick Lee was my instructor, and he did an amazing job breaking down complex material into easily digestible segments. His teaching style was engaging, clear, and to the point, making even the most challenging concepts manageable. Thanks to Patrick’s guidance and the well-structured course, I was able to pass the SAFE exam with a 90%! If you’re looking for a comprehensive course that will truly prepare you, I highly recommend Real Estate Trainers and Patrick Lee. Great experience overall!

The online webinars are an excellent way to learn the course material - the instructor not only points out the sections germane to the state test but he’s also pleasant and interesting. I will return to finish this review after I take the crash course. But so far I’d recommend this school.

If you aren’t able to attend in person do not wasted your money and time. It’s being a nightmare trying to become a mortgage originator here. First of all they made me wait for the new books to take the 20 hr class then I got the old edition book and it was painful trying to fallow the instructor during class. Finally when I was ready to take the crash course to be more ready for my test the real estate trainers do not have any webinars or zoom crash courses for the rest of this year. Plus it is impossible to talk to someone that actually wants to help. I hope I can get a partial refund.

Instructor Arman is AMAZING! One of my mutual friends recommended me to take real estate trainees crash course before the exam. I took salesperson crash course on Aug3-4 weekend and took my test on 7. Passed on my first try!! They provided a study materials and computrainer which is awesome! It was worth it.

I was skeptical before signing up, but taking the weekend in person crash course with Lance was the best decision I could have made for passing my real estate licensing exam. It had been two years since I took my certification courses and I had forgotten pretty much everything. I did not have high hopes for passing and took this crash course in an attempt to give myself a chance. I took the course the weekend right before my exam. I only took the crash course and studied one additional day (after not having reviewed this info for 2 years!) and I PASSED ON MY FIRST TRY!! 🥹 I couldn’t believe it! Lance is AMAZING. He is extremely knowledgeable, gives excellent tips that I wouldn’t have passed without, and is funny and makes the experience fun. He provides excellent resources like the CompuTrainer that allows you to take practice exams and learn the necessary terms. I truly wouldn’t have been able to pass without Lance and this incredible course. Don’t hesitate! Thank you SO much Lance and everyone at Real Estate Trainers!

I recently completed a crash course with Yvonne Agnew, and it was an intensive two-day experience spent in front of the computer. It reminded me of what my children went through for two years at LAUSD, and I sympathize with them. However, let's focus on the positive aspects. Yvonne is an exceptional instructor who genuinely cares about her students' success. She provides all the necessary tools and knowledge to excel in the final exam. During the last hour of the class, she encouraged student interaction, which was a delightful addition. I highly recommend that she continues to foster more opportunities for students to engage with each other. Furthermore, I kindly request real estate trainers to reintroduce in-person classrooms.

Drove 7 hours to take their Mortage exam prep course
took off work because they only provide weekday classes . They gave us a 300
Page book and the professor skimmed through it very fast expecting us to know most of it already . I could have stayed at home . And just read the book myself if that was the case . I took Sharon’s butlers real estate prep and she simplifys and explains everything to a t to get you to pass so it makes sense for you . This is not the learning experience I expected and I don’t recommend it for anyone else
