I understand today and bad weather! I went to as I was told by message on machine. Pulaski County Treaure.net filled out information, then it said report ready, then I had to pay $1.25 for report! I put all my information credit and my $1.25 was denied. Why should I have to pay for a report? I called master card and was told no reason to be denied? I know the weather is not good! So many business work from home. I have a serious issue and can’t talk to anyone.

Online payments are the way to go and Treasurer Buckner makes it easy. For $10k in taxes, we paid $0.85 service fee to move it, which is less than last year! Online payments are the way to go for ease of use. Thanks for making it an option (there are literally counties 'back East' that do NOT have this option, which is crazy in 2024)!

Spent 10+ years in AR serving in the military and was never given an attitude at government agencies. Receive a call for unpaid property taxes so I call 10 minutes later to take care of it because I moved 3 years ago. The lady right away had a horrible attitude and this was directed to someone actually trying to take care of the issue.If you don’t have any customer service skills maybe find a new profession.

I am trying to renew my tags. However, because of the glitches in the software and lack of support through automated messages I am unable to. I've assessed my property and have a $0 balance for my property taxes. Because of this, I cannot "pay" my taxes. I cannot add a zero balance to the cart. Because I "haven't paid" my taxes, I cannot renew my plates. They have to improve their customer service.

I called about my taxes that I thought I paid electronically. I was told the payment was returned so they charged me $30 for each parcel. I entered the wrong account #. (one number was wrong) Instead of denying the transaction, they charged me $30 for each parcel) They said the bank charged them. I called my bank and they informed me that they never charge anyone other than their customer for a return fee. They didn't have a record of the transaction. So I am out $60 because of a wrong keystroke. My bank found no transaction denied or otherwise.

10/15/2019 My rating is based on one visit. Today, on tax due date, I went to the Ashley Square office in west Little Rock. I needed to pay my personal property taxes. I did not have my statement or my account number.I was prepared for long lines and grumpy clerks. Much to my surprise I only waited in line 15 minutes. The clerks were pleasant, attentive and helpful. Good service.

Preparing my taxes, I could not locate last year's paperwork. I called the general contact number. An employee (Tara Davis) answered immediately. In a matter of seconds she was able to locate my information and give me the numbers over the phone. As promised, she followed with an email with full information.
