Ex roommate and I lived at heritage heights Harrison Arkansas. We moved February 3, 2024 my ex roommate has a mother in Oregon elderly who got very sick my roommate wanted to move there to care for her the decision was sudden. At that time I could not find a place to live the apartment we moved from still had stuff in it that needed moved out so I asked manager Jennifer if I could stay few months with a friend who also lives on property renter ms. Davis in exchange for moving everything out she said yes I said I stay until April 2024 she said ok but I had to not live on property after April 1 I said agreed. So I begin moving stuff out taking before and after photos of inside we had several big stuff like two couches coffee table dresser there was a new resident who moved downstairs who said he wanted the furniture great. The I am going to get big stuff out at 8:30 am that morning February 6 it was me the maintenance man and the new down stairs resident we all together walking towards my unit and the manager comes running saying wait before you go in I need to take pics so me and maintenance man and resident down stairs are waiting outside the unit for half hour maintenance man says what taking so long so he goes in unit to find out five minutes later she comes out and three of us me maintenance and downstairs resident go into my unit move furniture from my unit to a downstairs unit to the resident who wanted the furniture. What the manager was doing was attempting to make it look like I and my ex RM abandoned everything I was shocked she would stoop so low it gets worse. Ms. Davis one of their residents that manager said I could stay with until April when I moved from her unit April the manager writes her up for letting me stay there when me and manager had made a verbal deal it gets even more worse the manager went after another friend who rented from PPM manager went to that person unit acting psychotic wrote her up saying I was staying with them and I wasn't she was violating that person's fair housing rights days after she writes her up she manager goes back to the resident apologizing saying I need the write up sheet back saying I can't legally do this and I can't legally say you can't have friends which is what she was doing attacking a elderly sick woman for no just reason so tyrannical for sure.

Very professional and in the business of helping people!! The application process was simple and not stressful! Thank God I got to experience them for myself and not believe the reviews! I've lived in a lot of places but I have never seen such a professional group of people who really bring people into a place of safety and long term stability with great amenities and a feel of community! Every property is very well kept and up to date!! My greatest gratitude to the Owner for taking pride in his estates and it shows by each property and it's uniqueness! Thank you for giving me and my children a chance!! It's really the simple things that make all the difference !! Thank you again!! You have a great group of ladies who take pride in their job and grateful to them for it!! Shoutout to my landlord Ms Jessica Massey- Carter for going over and beyond ☺️

They are for sell, I hope better people buy it. I have been harassed, lied about, written up, invalidated, and so many other things for my experiences living at one of their properties. The mangement they had is an alcoholic, she and her husband both, and picks and chooses who follows the rules. She got promoted. At keystone apartments there are snakes in our walls, leaks, electrical issues. If we complain we are invalidated and told it is our fault. Even when THEIR employee broke my door frame, I was blamed for having a child safety lock. That you could open from either side at the top. But the guy was too strung out and I guess started freaking out thinking he was locked in the apartment and just ripped off the door frame. If you do speak up about issues they will find the smallest reason to write you up, even if you did nothing. I have been written up for being cussed out by another tenant and I literally just stood there with my 3 year old not saying a word. I'm hoping the new property I'm going to is better. The manager seems much nicer and doesn't seem to be an alcoholic. The apartments are newer and look nicer than the ones at Keystone. The whole property management company besides a select few just need replaced. None of them care about lower income people/families. Chevy Ellis told me I was lying and to take my rent money and move. So thats what I have done and now I'm being threatened with eviction for not following the lease.. But snakes in the apartment and electrical hazards is a violation of the lease itself. Good thing I already have a lawyer. We shouldn't be scared to fight to live in a safe environment just because we aren't rich.

I feel sorry for the residents who live at Mill Creek in Springdale. There was once a team that made this place AMAZING. But due to GREED and lack of appreciation, they both vacated their positions with this company. All they asked for was compensation for their commitment to the residents of this community. Going above and beyond to ensure their life at this community was without worry of maintenance or office personnel that wasn't readily available. Now they have nothing compared to what these two did on behalf of the residents. Stay far away from properties owned by this company. They treat their employees like door mats.

Manager really likes to throw his weight around and intimidate and threaten tenants and their family and friends constantly to get his way. That's just to start with..
Not to mention the condition of the apartments and houses is absolutely deplorable!

If a zero were a possibility I would. Heat goes out in 14 degree weather. They won’t help. Mold in bathroom… let them think about for 6 months. Would not recommend to anyone.

This property company does not upkeep their properties like they should and has continued to raise the Rent the last 3 years.

Switch their systems. No one there knows any information about my property income or anything. I would not recommend them managing your rentals.
