I have had a really great experience with Profectus Athletics and Ben and Leila are so helpful always. It can feel a little intimidating to walk into a gym sometimes but not here…everyone makes you feel so comfortable and welcome!!! There is a great mix of all ages and all levels of people working out here. The trainers go above and beyond to help you meet all your goals. So glad I found this this gym it’s a great place! I’ve had nothing but great experiences at Profectus! The coaches/trainers are great, and always willing to help. They offer programs for all activity levels. Plenty of equipment to choose from. I’m just beginning my fitness journey with a trainer, and its been awesome. It’s not scary, or intimidating like some gyms I’ve been to. I encourage everyone to go visit the gym, and get started on your own journey to better health and fitness. Ben is very helpful and can get you started!

Joining this gym has been an amazing experience. They provide what you need to reach your health goals. The 24 hour availability to go to the gym is a huge plus due to my work life. And the personal trainer I was pared with has really motivated me as well. Great environment and experience overall.

I travel all over the country for work, and since I started going to the gym regularly the last 2 years I’ve been a member at over 14 gyms in 6 different states. This is BY FAR the best one I’ve been to yet. Plenty of equipment and free weights, good atmosphere, the staff AND members all seem to be top notch, and I haven’t been once where it was so overcrowded that I couldn’t get a workout in. Sincerely the best thing about the Little Rock area I’ve seen yet. It’ll be a sad day when this job is over and I have to find another place to get gains…

Leila and Ben are awesome business owners and really care that the members have a great experience in their gym. Both are excellent personal trainers (as are the other trainers there), and Ben has been training me almost 3 years. Always progressing!!

This gym is not like any other I’ve experienced! It is small and personal and private. Ben Perez, proprietor and my trainer, personalizes my workouts and knows how far to push and how to motivate me. He works with all body types and to my strengths and weaknesses. My chronic low back pain is improving after only two months which is life changing for me! Believe me, I am no gym lover and I look forward to my time there!

My husband and I joining Profectus and training with Ben every week is the best thing to happen to us in a long time.
