I am SO grateful that Plank Ridgefield opened! As a former barre instructor, I missed having a great boutique fitness studio and the community that comes with it, and Plank has filled that void. They have a great variety of group fitness classes in an adorable space, shopping, and yummy bites. They have continually iterated since they opened, adding classes and making adjustments, and I really appreciate how seriously they take client feedback. Some of my favorite classes:
- Alyssa’s hot yoga
- Lauren’s barre (literally the nicest human)
- Erica’s strength (Thurs 6am!)
- Anything with Gina
Also special shoutout to the store manager Michelle who is always such a happy friendly face even at the crack of dawn!

I lost my core after having kids and Plank helped me get it back! Linda is a visionary and she’s helped foster a space that’s more than a studio—it’s a community. All of Plank’s instructors are incredible, and the variety of classes each day keeps things fun and interesting. The lattes are delicious, the pop up kids events are adorable, and Angela, Michelle, and the rest of the team up front are so friendly and welcoming. 10/10 addition to our town!

Plank is such a wonderful addition to Ridgefield! The classes are challenging and I love the variety of barre, yoga, dance, hiit, strength, and fusion. The community is warm and welcoming, everyone is so kind and friendly. The owner is a mom and you can tell how much she cares in every detail. Most of the instructors are also local moms and total rockstars with impressive backgrounds in health and wellness. There’s a gorgeous kids play space and opportunities for art and other children’s classes. My son loves coming to Plank with me and looks forward to playing which makes fitting in workouts so much easier. The cafe has healthy food, great drinks, and it’s a good spot to meet up with friends and chat while the kids play. They also do motivating challenges, special events, and have a great selection of retail. Very grateful for Plank!

I joined the Plank family several months ago and it continues to be the highlight of my day! From the friendly staff, vibrant environment and the talented and engaging instructors, I couldn't ask for a better studio. I’ve witnessed a dramatic change in my body and feel more energized than ever! Currently, I’m a member of the Katonah studio, but can’t wait to check out the new Ridgefield location (which I heard may even feature a “lounge” area. Kudos to Plank for being the best of the best! ⭐️

I joined Plank Katonah almost a year ago and it was the best decision. I am so excited to see another location in Ridgefield! Plank has instructors who are upbeat and provide amazing classes. The owner, Linda, is kind and works so hard to ensure the studio provides a warm, welcoming and butt kicking environment. I would give them more than 5 stars if google would let me and would recommend them whole heartedly.

Wahoo another Plank location! I’ve been attending Plank Katonah regularly for over 6 months and cannot wait to pop over to Ridgefield for even more classes since they offer child care, clothing shop, and a cafe! Huge win at this one stop shop.
Linda (owner) and Ellie (Studio director) are top notch and have created an amazing inclusive community I am proud to be part of. Each instructor is motivating and highly qualified. Plank makes my life better - don’t hesitate to check it out!

One of the reasons I joined Plank Ridgefield the week it opened was to get in shape for ski season. It certainly worked. I had more stamina than ever before and skied my heart out for six days.

I am a member of Plank Katonah and I love it! I'm not planning on switching fully, but I can't wait to try some of the new classes at Plank Ridgefield. I am excited to see what will be available in the new expanded shop, and in the cafe!! The vibe at Plank Katonah has always been welcoming and warm, and the instructors (many of whom will be in both places) are fantastic. See you there!!
