Honest Review:
All I can say is that Makhielyia Anderson is the true definition of loving what she does! She has gone above and beyond by personally calling me to check on my Internet connection, which speaks volumes about her dedication. When I say she’s consistent, that’s truly an understatement.

I love how passionate she is about her job! It’s clear she genuinely enjoys what she does and deeply cares about her customers. As far as Pine Bluff Cable goes, The service itself has been very frustrating, and is absolutely lacking, but having someone like Ms. Anderson on their team makes all the difference. Her exceptional customer service is the only reason I would consider staying with the company.

What truly amazed me is how she noticed my Internet connection was down (again) and reached out to me, without me even asking is incredible. That level of attention and care is rare! She’s the epitome of what a great customer service representative should be, and I truly hope she continues being the amazing professional she is.

The service from Pine Bluff Cable is sub par. Too bad I can't give anything less than 1 star. It's not enough that the internet is awful, but the customer service is pure trash too.

The agent had the worst attitude and refused to let me speak with her supervisor. Well, once I called back and got a supervisor the apple didn't fall too far from the tree. She too had the personality of a worm. I kept getting interrupted every time I tried to speak. Anyway, this company is a joke.

Having trouble with lagging very often....internet jumps in and out so you can't even enjoy a movie alot of times. And when trying to get support after 8 it says that the number no longer work.

What happened to Natalie? I can’t reach her phone and I prefer to deal with her over the local office. I have several accounts with y’all and I only switched because she takes care of me and is responsible, honest, and respectful.
