I’ve been having bad lower back pain, especially waking up in the mornings and my supervisor told me about Dry Needling. This place is amazing, I’ve had two treatments (I felt better after my first) and we’re working on my Core strength and back muscles. Brittany is exceptional, professional, very kind and knows what she’s doing. It’s so clean, everyone is so polite and helpful. I Highly recommend PTI (Physical Therapy Institute) in Maumelle to anyone with pain that wants to take care of the problem without masking it with pain medication!

After COVID I was referred by my doctor to PTI for neck and back discomfort. This was my first experience with a PT in regards to treatment for myself. It was AMAZING. Hannah knew exactly how to treat my pain and I felt much relief that afternoon and the next day. Their new facility is really nice and the staff is very professional. The therapists Brittany and Katie and their techs Lydia and Sara are all wonderful! They answer all our questions and are very knowledgeable and helpful!! Although therapy is tough, they emphasize “no pain, no gain” and are all so kind and gentle all-the-while working you out as they should! Highly recommend PTI to anyone needing therapy!

I love the new location!
Dillon is the therapist who has been working on my shoulder. He has been super in explaining things to me regarding what to do and what not to do..I’ve used him before for nerve issues and he has been excellent.. everyone working there is a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend PTI to anyone needing physical therapy !

While other places offer standard treatment for all, Hannah extends specialized interventions to meet each patients needs. Originally I believed I would never heal from my back fractures that I have gotten in an accident, but the 6 weeks I had here were a complete game changer. Hannah, Emily and Alejandro have taken the absolute best care of me and healed me from the ground up emotionally, mentally and physically! I would recommend this place 15/10 times and they are getting a new facility that is 3x the size of the one they have. Best of luck and thank you all for everything! 🙂

Didn't know what to expect since never had PT before. PTI-Maumelle had been recommended by several friends and family members. Glad that's where I chose. Brittany C. was awesome, kind, explained the exercises and why doing them. The variety of exercises made it interesting and fun. Her PT assistant was sweet and patient. I loved them both. Thanks for getting my knee and hip back into shape.
