With a diagnosis of RA, I needed to switch up my normal workout routine. I normally did a lot of boxing, but ultimately it was wreaking havoc on my hands, shoulders and joints. I know James from a former gym and knowing his style, i happily followed him here. What I didn't know was I'd be getting the knowledge, motivation and support from Jerry and Chris as well. The three are amazing at what they do. The classes are intense, but you can go at your own pace. They will push you to challenge yourself, but not to hurt yourself. The hiit workouts give me that strength training I need, but also the cardio I crave, but without the excess aggravation to my joints (of course you can take it up to whatever notch you want! ). I've been an avid exerciser for the better part of half my life. I've completed 19 marathons, I've had many personal trainers over the years, I've been to many gyms. So when I find a workout that humbles me and trainers that manage to show me some moves I didn't already know, it's a facility that I have to be a part of. Speaking of which, the place is easy to find. The name on the sign in the shopping center is huge! It's around back, plenty of parking. Inside is very clean, top notch equipment, half wood floor, half green floor. There's a clean unisex bathroom. You can enjoy the group classes or come for some personal 1on1. Check them out!

Phase is one of the best gyms I've come across. James, Chris, and Jerry are all knowledgable trainers that are really committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals. The facility is super clean, has a variety of equipment and is great for someone like me, who typically gets overwhelmed at a big chain gym. Whether 1-on-1 or group training, these guys are great at motivating you towards your best self. I recommend!

Phase Physical Fitness is by far my favorite gym. The trainers, Jerry, James, and Chris, are the best. They truly care about you and your goals and push you hard. The hard work and dedication they put in to each person is unmatched. The gym itself is the cleanest I’ve seen, great positive energy, and great equipment. Another thing I love is that they offer 1 on 1 training and group classes. The best part is, the prices are extremely reasonable so you don’t have to break your wallet and you still get the most amazing training and classes. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone!

I've had the most incredible experience at Phase Physical Fitness. Everyone is extremely motivating and encouraging. They tailor your workout to create something that suits you and your body type, pushing you to exceed your limit -- enough so that you're reaching your goals but never so much that you feel defeated. The team is exceptionally knowledgeable and the gym is equipped better then almost any gym I've ever been a member of. Its clean and the music is slamming!

Within the first two weeks of my journey, I was down 7 lbs. My trainer is accessible. He answers every question I have, from what type of workouts I should be doing when I'm not there, down to what I should put into my body -- even solutions for a nutrition plan that would take out all the guessing for me. My little sister has limited mobility in her wrist due to her RA but they are working with her and getting her to where she wants to be physically.

I 100% recommend this gym to anyone looking for results and a great workout, one were no excuses are taken and you're putting forward your best self.

I have been coming to Phase for a few months now and I absolutely love it! I train with James and he’s very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable about what he’s doing. Even if I have difficulty with a certain workout, he’s able to modify it for me. They have an amazing setup with all their equipment and my workouts are never boring. I always end up leaving motivated and energized! I would recommend anyone to come here.

I started going to Phase Physical Fitness two years ago. I’ve never been an athletic person. I always felt discouraged starting a fitness journey. Whenever I went to the gym, I would only do cardio because I thought the ”pick things up and put them down“ people would be judging my form lol. I NEVER went to the gym alone. What Phase Physical Fitness has given me is the confidence to create a space for myself in the world of health and well-being. I never knew the strength of the connection between working out and mental health until starting my sessions here. There have been many times I have come into a session dog tired, one bad interaction away from a breakdown, and somehow left that same session with the levity and strength needed to tackle the rest of the week. I could not speak more highly of my trainer Jae Saint-Eloi who has always been patient and works to adjust workouts for any client depending on their comfort levels. He explains exactly why we do the workouts we do and the best ways to eat so that we can see results. If you follow his meal plan suggestions and workouts, there is NO WAY you won’t see results. I’ve gone to group classes with the other trainers and they are so kind; they always make sure to greet you and talk to you about anything from movies, music, to work out tips. I have recommended this gym to many of my close friends and family members and have loved to see what a transformative experience they’re having. I’m moving, but some things my time at Phase has gifted me is:

1) The understanding that I don’t have to be “athletic” to workout
2) The understanding that I absolutely can do the things I never thought I could do
3) The ability to go to the gym by myself and have a fruitful workout that isn’t confined to the elliptical
4) A life dedicated to the betterment of my body and mind

100% would recommend. Personal training sessions with Jerry have been kicking my butt and helping me get closer to my goals. It’s definitely been the push I needed. Everyone is professional the gym is super clean and workouts are personalized for your goals and restrictions. Jerry pushes me past my limits and helps me stay on track when I’m being lazy or want to give up. Check them out!
