Every time I call for support I immediately get a person on the phone and a KNOWLEDGEABLE one. I needed to replace my ancient modem and router and set up a new one. The phone support was smooth, courteous and completed without a glitch in a very short space of time. My working life was in the DC/Virginia area and there I would have waited for days (if I was lucky) and definitely not with a local support person. I have been with PG Tel now for close to 17 years and have been very happy with their phone and internet service.

Living in various cities across the country, we have never had internet anywhere near as good as PG Telco's. They have not had a SINGLE outage (that we've noticed) in our 3 years with them, until one 5-minute outage today that was almost certainly caused by city construction on our street. It's honestly incredible--our internet just never drops. Not to mention their customer service folks are easily accessible, and very kind and helpful.

Meanwhile, back when we had Cox in this same house, we would lose internet for at least an hour every other day or so and getting ahold of someone was nearly impossible. (Even when we did finally get ahold of someone at Cox, they didn't do anything to help solve the constant outages.)

I don't know how the telephone co was able to hire such an amazing crew! I had a flat one morning on a day it was 28°F. An employee named Zack stopped to help. The rim was frozen to the hub. Zack worked on that diligently to no avail, he called for a tool from their shop and another guy showed up, then that guy called a guy, eventually the mechanic from their shop showed up with this portable heater and sets it next to the flat. In about 7 minutes it was thawed and Zack changed my tire. Each one of those guys asked me if I was okay. One guy let me wear his jacket. They were all amazing guys and that is why I will never choose a different company for the phone or the Internet.

We just moved to Farmington, AR and wasn't sure who to contract about our internet service. I called Zing (PGTelco) and spoke to Jordan. She was extremely helpful. Never once did I feel she was trying to oversell me. I've had to call Zing 2 other times with a few questions. Every time I felt special. Even though I think they are a relatively small, local company, I am very impressed with their company, including their technical department. They do everything a large company can do. They have done everything they had said they would do. They under promised and have over delivered.

We are switching from cable television to internet television. The reception has been exceptional. No problem with buffering.

Needless to say, I would highly recommend Jordon and Zing to anyone wanting great service, a great product, and at a great price.

Well to start I am giving 2 stars for their customer service. Been a loyal customer for over 7 years and I will say that their internet service is great but the employees (not going to name shame) are not very customer friendly. They will tell you one thing and then turn around and say another. I would give 5 stars if it wasn't for the horrible experience I just had with them. Sure hope they can get it together. This isn't the first time it has happened. Love the internet service but dread dealing with some in the office.

Worst Internet provider ever. Goes down all the time. Slóws down so bad at night that games n movies glitch. Service is not available all the time and very slow to respond. Will be changing to another provider that is in this area ASAP

Their customer service is outstanding! I’ve had issues with my internet on weekends and after hours on a few occasions. They have always come out to the house and fixed it! Not the next day or appointment times between 8-12, right then! They work with you to find the best service to fit your needs and their pricing can’t be beat. The ladies at the office are the absolute best and I love that they are completely LOCAL!! No matter how wonderful Ozark Go tries to make themselves sound, I’ll never switch!
