Will has been my personal trainer for almost 9 months now and I've got to say he is the best. Will takes the time to get to know his clients and their needs. He works with you and puts in the time and effort to hit every goal you have. He's opened my eyes to goals I never even knew I wanted. When I first started my weight loss journey I was lost, very uncomfortable in my body and with myself, and felt generally hopeless. Over time with Will's help he's opened my eyes to confidence, body positivity, and has helped me lose nearly fifty pounds. My over all goal is 100pounds and by this time next year I know I'll be there. I can honestly say that without Will's help and support I wouldn't be where I am. He doesn't just help you with your fitness, he helps you with the mindset you need to get there as well. Great guy honestly 10 out of 10!

I started working with Will after many years of little to no weight training. He developed a gradual approach for me, incorporating stretching and focusing on the key muscles to improve some specific issues I was having. He is incredibly knowledgeable and applies that knowledge in a creative, safe, yet challenging program that has helped me start down a path of total body fitness that I was looking for. Will has been a great personal trainer for my wife and I.  He’s given us personalized workouts specifically for our needs / goals, and tailored everything so we can do these exercises in our home gym.  Results come quick!  Also, he’s been helping fix my shoulder impingement — I’ve felt better mobility in the 1st week, than the 2 previous months with my chiro.  We highly recommend Will.

Knowing Will personally for many years at Western Connecticut State University, he has and always will be looking out for the well being of others. In the sense of a fitness perspective, he has shown time and time again that the training and focus is on you (the client). For years, he always made sure friends or clients, that they were executing their workouts with precision and hence providing them with results they are striving for. For sports injuries that I have sustained in the past, Will has provided me with a curriculum while I was rehabilitating to keep the rest of my body going. May the future be bright! I first started working out with Will after taking a class where he pointed out to me the same thing my Chiropractor pointed out. I’m a runner and over the past 2 years have had 3 stress fractures. I had been all over and spoken to everyone from orthopedics, to trainers, to physical therapist, to endocrinologist and my chiropractor. Since Will and my chiropractor seemed to be on the same page (without Will even knowing me or my history), I decided to give his personal training a shot. Since working with Will I am back to happily running the roads of New Fairfield injury free and feeling stronger than ever! He is so attentive to what you are doing and works with you to insure you are correctly doing each exercise and using the correct muscles, there is no “going through the motions” in a Will Power training session. I encourage anyone who wants to be their best self to give Will Power Personal Training a try.

With his extensive knowledge of personal training combined with his expertise in martial arts and boxing, he designed a hybrid training program designed especially to meet my needs.
