Tested in May 2023. First time at this location. Nice quiet environment and felt comfortable taking my test. I did pass my test! Only complaint was the one staff person with glasses who interrogated me with nonsense questions about the mistake with the middle name which was supposed to be corrected by pearson vue. I do not have a middle name but it a mistake from pearson vue. I did call pearson vue to correct the mistake and they told me that they acknowledge the error and they will correct it. At the test center, the female staff was telling me about the middle name and she said there are test enters that will notallow me to test due to the error. I then told the staff that the error was already corrected by pearson vue and I found out this is the only location that was so concerned about it. After taking my picture, the same staff lady made a statement that my picture looked different from my driver's license. I was infuriated with the lady's comment because of all the test centers that I have been to never say such nonsense comment! I drove far away just to take this test! I had felt that the female staff with the glasses offended me and she made me feel very uncomfortable. I was the only black young woman inside that test center. I do not remember that lady asking the other paricipants in the center ridiculous questions or comments.. The other staff member was very nice.
It was my first and it is my last time taking any test at this location!!

Pearson had a technical issue during one of the certification exams (OCI). I was told by the the Pearson personal before the exam session was terminated, that I can reschedule it with same discount code. But when i communicated this to the Oracle customer care, they didn't accept the reason and didn't allow me to reschedule the exam. Pearson customer support is a joke. Completely unprofessional behavior.

Tested on 09/07/2021; the staff were extremely nice, caring and patient. Would recommend this location as I've tested at the Springfield location and it was a complete hassle.
