I am so grateful for Pass Physical Therapy. Kaiser referred me to them and so glad they did. The entire staff was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. I had treatment with Antoinette (Annie). She was kind, compassionate, always calm and comforting. She explained everything to me every step of the way. She worked finding different exercises to strengthen my knee. I just finished my treatment yesterday and the variety of exercises helped immensely. The front office staff were always helpful and friendly. When you are there you see how everyone is nurturing and working with each patient calmly to make them feel comfortable. I highly recommend this facility for any physical therapy needs.

The staff at Pass Physical Therapy are knowledgeable, patient and empathetic. I have made great progress and improvement after my sessions for a torn meniscus. Annie, Diane & student Manny were very attentive to my needs and knew ways to improvise to work around painful bone spurs on my hip. The front desk staff Jackie and Andrea also were very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Pass Physical Therapy.

I loved this place! After my surgery back in August I was sent here and WOW was I very surprised and amazed at how great they really are! When I first started going here I wasn't able to do much I was in so much pain, and couldn't move my shoulder or hold things no mater how small or light they were, even during the pandemic they were always so helpful and very clean! Always disinfecting everything after being used! Employees were always very nice and in a good mood! I made a very huge improvement going there, I went maybe a few months 2 times a week and I have no regrets and definitely recommend it!!!

I have gone to this place a couple of times , not as a patient, but as a tagalong when my husband needed to have therapy services. I was not sure at first what to make of this place, but after visiting it and seeing it firsthand, I was amazed at how clean and organized this place is. The therapists are very accommodating to your every need. They take the time to work with you and do not rush you. My husband was having a very hard time after his shoulder surgery with motion, but after seeing the therapist there a couple of times, he was able to regain the strength in his shoulder that he needed to. I have been to many physical therapy offices and I think this one is the best. It is small but well equipped for their programs. I have never had a problem with speaking to any of the staff there, so I wanted to take this opportunity to thank the staff at Pass Physical Therapy for their hard work and dedication. No one ever tells you guys that and it is always the negative, but from someone who has seen the work you do, you get a BIG KUDOS FROM ME.

PPT really helped get me my strength back in my knee after my acl surgery along with being able to walk again. The staff was all super friendly. Shearn was my main therapist I would see every week and he was super patient and super helpful with bringing me back to using my leg again.

A great place for physical therapy. They take great pride in their work and it shows. They are very patient and the staff continually works with you to accommodate your needs and schedule. I had rotator cuff surgery and its amazing what the staff can do. I am very satisfied with the results that therapy has played in my recovery and I would not go anywhere else. I now have back issues and am returning to have them work with me to help correct the problem.
