Teri and the ladies at Parker Properties have been my property managers for over 15 years. They handle all aspects of finding great renters including background checks and paperwork. In all that time the house was empty less than a week. They have a great system that shows all the income and deposit the funds in your account monthly. You can pull up any month and see exactly what happened. Tax forms are ready on time and available in any format you want. They have great communication and keep you informed about any questions or problems that come up. I can't recommend them enough if you have any rentals and you need a property management company.

Amanda and Teri were very helpful with everything throughout the sell of the house. started when she listed the house. loved that she had taken pictures of the house inside and out. she was great at orchestrating
all of the agents visits to the house on our schedules.
