Working with Ingrid Buckley at NuWeigh Nutrition + Weight Loss has changed my life in the best way possible. When I started working with her 2/8/18 I was the most out of shape and physically depressed I had ever been. To give you an idea I was 247.5 lbs. had limited energy, my knees and hips ached by the end of the day and it took all my energy to just get through work and my family and social commitments. In 10 months, by following Ingrid’s instruction and guidance I have released 82.6 pounds and released 52.58” of fat from my body. More importantly I have had an incredible journey of reconnecting with myself on all levels, physically, emotionally, cognitively and spiritually. I have worked also with a therapist who has been incredibly supportive in helping me in conjunction with the work I do with Ingrid, heal old patterns of behavior with food, with limiting beliefs I have held of myself and with great caring and compassion shifted how I live my daily life.
Now I feel like I have arrived into a whole new way of living my life that leverages all my life experiences, enables me to make more supportive choices in maintaining my health and when I stray off track I have the tools and support to get back on track in taking excellent care of myself. I will continue to work with Ingrid as she is now part of my support team, we all need a village to help us grow up and stay strong.
