My scheduled appointment was scheduled for 12:00 PM. However, I arrived at 11:00 AM. I waited until 5:00 PM, and approximately five minutes later, the door opened, and they were done loading me. The entire experience was characterized by unprofessionalism and rudeness.

A few weeks ago. I would given them 1 star. Now I would giving them three stars. They have improved over the course of a few weeks. At the start they were disorganized, and they didn't have a clue where the items were. Now, when i arrive to the location. They have most of the items that i have bought ready to be picked up. They may have a item or two missing. (which is fine, i usually pick it up once i come back to pick up my other items). Also it would take them 40 minutes for them to bring the items to my car. Now it averages 10-15 minutes. In my own opinion. I think they are going to get better. It just takes time to get thier stuff together.

My experience. From time of arrival and informing them I was there it took 30-40 minutes. The guy next to me was missing 1 item. I was not. Real smooth. Was freaking out at first. Try their facebook to message them. Takes 24 hrs for a response. Or up to. One guy mostly pulls things out for you but when more help was needed I saw person from other department come over to help. An 18 wheeler pulled up while I was there. They were unloading items I'm guessing. I'll be back and my experience was pleasant.

Never have everything I won ready to go, always missing items. Had to wait an hour and a half past scheduled pickup times to get 12 out of 30 items purchased. Customer service is non-existent after telling them I've drove 4 hrs one way I get told oh well schedule another pickup day and hopefully we will have all your items.

Online auctions says you will get receipt in 1-3 days, it finally showed up 7 days later. They also said pickup could be done six days a week Mon - Sat, showing time frames. When the receipt arrives it says you have to schedule a pickup time and pick up the items within 7 days of the receipt of the e-mail, or you forfeit the items (they keep the $$ and you get nothing). When you try to schedule a pickup time you can't get anything earlier than 2 weeks out, and only Tues-Thurs 12-5 pickup times are offered, so it is impossible to pickup within seven days. No one answers the phone, it refers you to their e-mail. I've have sent multiple e-mails and received no response.

I do not recommend this auction site. They never have stuff ready for appointments. Everytime I arrive I wait at least 20 minutes, if they even have the item ready. Ive left empty handed on more occasions than not. They refuse to answer the phone telling you if items are ready or not before you waste gas to drive up there. *THEY DO NOT PLUG IN ITEMS TO MAKE SURE THEY WORK!!* and will NOT refund you for items that dont even turn on. They are decietful in their advertising. Everything Ive bought was broken, damaged, or didnt work at all. I will never give these people another dime. Average wait time to pick up items is an hour.

Only reason there is one star is because you can't leave NO stars. Horrible business. Will never purchase from them again. Waited a month and a half to pick up 12 items, got 10. Told me they would refund me for the 2 missing items. Said I would have an email on it by end of day on the 4th. Three days later, still haven't gotten it nor heard from them. Forget getting in touch with them. They need to be closed down for fraud!

They'll waste hours of your time trying to pick up products and leave empty handed because they can't find your items. Also they won't refund your money and will instead block you and refuse to communicate so they can keep your money.
