I was treated with dignity and respect here and after one appointment I already feel a lot better about my financial outlook. Dalila is very knowledgeable about managing finances and she explained things to me in a way that made sense. I highly recommend.

NCALL has been a complete waste of time. I have been working with them since March 2020. My USDA submission has yet to be processed after being told countless times that it would be. Whoever they have in this office needs to be replaced with people that actually care and want to assist the community. Seems like everytime you call the person processing is on vacation. My family is borderline homeless waiting on them to submit my application. I don't recommend going through them unless it's to talk to someone in Stand by Me. Complete waste of time and no one has any sense of urgency.

This place is very unprofessional, they are not here to help the community but instead, use financial support from the government. It makes absolutely no sense why no one keeps up with their responsibilities to their duties to aid with a person trying to buy a house . To go through so many hoops it ridiculous. No one ever has answers, I just pray that they become more organized and helpful to those in need.

If I could give it a zero star I would... I started the whole process of buying a home through Ncall April 6,2020.. was then put in a USDA program.. did everything asked from giving them my personal information ( w2, bank statements,etc) attend one of their virtual home owners program... it's December 1,2021 and still no home.. would reach out to the people responsable for my process and would go months without hearing anything. Was told they received everything and would be contacted ( never did) if you want to be stressed out of your mind this the place to reach out would not recommend.. good luck on your home buying journey.. Ncall do better

Worst experience, unprofessional, slow in processing If processed at all. They have very poor follow-up with no sense of urgency to assist. I do not recommend!
