Jason and his team were very professional and on time. They took great care of my family and got us a new unit installed, with a pad and a whole new set up. Two visits were required to correct our problem. Colton was great in identifying the problem and was very helpful in assisting us with the solution. For the second visit, Jessy and his team worked quickly, quietly, and effectively. All service men showed respect and answered our questions in language we understood without talking down to us. The Mr. Refrigeration magnet will be kept in case of future needs! We highly recommend them.

Mr. Refrigeration came out to repair our nearly 5 year old heat pump. They only charged a service call since the part was still under warranty. Service was within hours of my call. There are new owners of this business, but same great service. Highly recommended, have used them for decades.

I had them come out earlier this year to replace a crossover flex line because I couldn't do it to a recent open heart surgery. Cost was $500.00 which I thought was pretty high but I needed it done. I just went under my home this week and instead of just replacing the line they installed a completely new hook up in a different location which is fine, but they left the old torn up flex connected and it's still blowing under the house. I should have known to check it when we still got hardly any air to the other side of the house but I trusted them and I couldn't get under to check it since I was still healing. Very dissatisfied and will never use them again. I'll fix it myself and know it's done right.

We absolutely love the team at Mr. Refrigeration! Back in the summer, our unit went out on what felt like one of the hottest days of the season and they came out and fixed the problem so quickly. They let us know that we needed to ultimately replace the unit and thoroughly explained the issues our unit was having which made us confident that we were not just being upsold. We reached out at the beginning of this month to get the new unit installed and they walked us through the whole process, making sure we felt really comfortable. I was also super impressed with the techs they sent out! They were very quick, very kind, and again just super thorough. This is the only HVAC company we will ever use and have already been recommending them to friends!

My technician was amazing!! I have even recommended people who bought AC unit's from them. I had some wires that were bitten into. I should have fixed it myself. $145 for the wire (that was in excess to begin with) to be spliced and wired back is a little extreme.
