I HAD TWO INTAKE APPOINTMENTS. THEY TOOK MY INSURANCE, HAD ME SIGN DOCUMENTATION, I EVEN SPOKE WITH A THERAPIST. WE SCHEDULED A THIRD APPOINTMENT FOR A WEEK LATER. AFTER I LEFT, TWO HOURS LATER I WAS TOLD THEY “WONT BE ABLE TO HAVE 8 SESSIONS” WITH ME AND THEY “WONT BE ABLE TO PROVIDE ME WITH REQUIRED COURT DOCUMENTATION” WHICH WAS THE ONLY REASON WHY I ATTENDED THE THERAPY SESSIONS!!! THIS PLACE WILL WASTE YOUR TIME!!!! I PROMISE.

The Prospects program at Mid-Fairfield Child Guidance was a game changer for our daughter. The staff there are so caring and competent. Bobby and Steve poured so much into our daughter and helped her grow immensely in her ability to regulate emotions.

Their umbrella of service is misleading,approach to therapy is off.That aura in that building feels weird.They make things worst instead of better.
