From the moment I walked in and showed Jayde what I was looking for, she gave me 3 options and then said if I didn’t like any of those options, I could take as much time as I needed to design and build exactly what I was looking for. Do not bring your vehicle here for service. If you do always get a second opinion. Bought two cars from these people within 3 years and the service manager was very rude.

They always say we recommend we recommend.

I recommend you don’t bring your car into service here unless you want to get ripped off.

I’m sure the service sales guy gets commissions off selling unnecessary “recommended” services. They recommended I spend $4700 for an air compressor and rear air bags. I bring it to another local shop who specializes in Mercedes and they said nothing was wrong at all.

After spending two additional diagnosis fees to make sure that Mercedes was incorrect, they didn’t even have the common courtesy to refund my diagnosis fee after having to spend additional money. Do not go back to this place if you can avoid it.

UPDATED REVIEW:
I posted my initial review on a Monday night and received a phone call from the service department first thing Tuesday morning in response to my review, which admittedly was a little off-putting at first but I'm now grateful for it. I spoke in length with Katie who has replaced the previous woman I dealt with in the service department. Katie took the time to listen to my past experiences with the service department, apologized profusely, explained the new changes they are implementing, and reassured me that all future interactions will be much more positive. Katie was incredibly helpful and it's because of her that I am willing to give the service department in New London another chance and am looking forward to a better experience. Thank you Katie for taking the time, I can already tell that customer service has improved!

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I hate the service department here. The woman that deals with the customers is just miserable. I can understand that everyone has bad days but she has zero customer service skills everytime I have had to go there for the past few years. For what it costs to buy and maintain a Mercedes, I guess I would think that the staff would be friendly but she talks to the customers like we just ran over her dog on our way to the dealership. It's sad that I'd rather drive all the way to the Hartford dealership now

I picked up my new Sprinter 4x4 last week and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and my experience at this dealer. This was the best vehicle buying experience that I have ever had. My salesman Patrick was excellent. I ordered my van and he kept me informed throughout the process. There were no surprises and no hard up sell. The price was extremely fair given today’s market. Other dealers were charging $5,000 to $10,000 over MSRP for the same vehicle. Again this was a 5 star experience and Patrick made it happen.

Such a pleasant experience interacting with the service department here! Scheduling a routine maintenance was a breeze. They had complimentary pick up & drop off, and even dropped off a loaner for me to use while waiting for mine to get serviced. So worth it for quality and convenience, thank you!

Great communication in the service department! Thank you Tracy! So pleasant to work with you. Went in for a diagnostic appt (estimate was 1 hour and I waited there during that time). Tracy kept me updated throughout the short wait on their progress. Trunk closure unit fail and they were able to fix same day if I was willing to give them another 1.5 hours to fix it. All went well!
