This company is horrible STAY AWAY. I lived in an apartment and the landlord did not want me in the apartment anymore because I complained about no heat. I received multiple threats and a fake lawyer letter on my door evicting me when I was up to date with my rent and always paid on time or days before rent was due. Unfortunately they stressed me out so much and after harassment and multiple threats of lawsuits if I didn’t move, I just ended up leaving. This was only after 2 years of living in the apartment. They also complained that the rent I was paying was less than the rest of the neighborhood and wanted me out to increase the rent. Please anyone from BBB or the State of NY that reads this should investigate this company for fraud and harassment. I have all documents and threats made against me during my stay at the apartment.

They are Fraud and unprofessional. Linda Chen and Stravinsky Chen show me one basement apartment and took 2000 dollars for me tell me stop showing money and then they told me I need pay more $ 4000 if I want that apartment. After one hour told .. I want my money back.. I want to cancel my application.. they did not give back my money. They are fraud and cheater.. I canceled my application because I got other house and that one was second floor not basement… also I was pregnant.. basement is not good for mom and baby… for two years passed they did not give back money yet. I claimed in court …. Please nobody give deposit any money for them.. they do not love their business they are cheating with everyone. Be careful.. they are fraud.

Unprofessional! I scheduled a viewing for an apartment with Linda and upon arriving to the unit, she proceeded to tell me that the unit was already rented out and took us to another unit that wasn't even prepared for showing. The unit she ended up showing us was a complete downgrade in comparison to the initial unit we wanted to view. Also, she was inattentive and distracted - texting and calling throughout the tour. Avoid at all cost!

UNPROFESSIONAL! Linda called me back in regards to viewing an apartment the same day the listing was posted, set an appointment to view the next day at 12.. when I arrived at 12 the next day as planned letting her know I am outside she texts back saying the apartment was already rented. You couldn’t have notified me prior?! I wasted time going all the way over there for nothing. Rude & unprofessional.

FRAUD!!! Was scammed out of $1000 as a security deposit to later be told it was a brokers fee. Terrible experience and disbelief the “realtor” Linda would take advantage of 19 year old desperate to move. Later asked for her real estate license number to verify with a lawyer. Also asked for a bill of sale for the “security deposit”, She declined to both. I wonder why.

Linda is extremely unprofessional and unethical. We had a house for rent and she called for a showing. She brought a family and shows up an hour early, rips off the For Rent sign on my gate just because she didn’t want her tenants to contact me directly. Not only is this trespassing but also unethical. This is not the right way to conduct real estate business.
