I have been working out at Loyalty Fitness for over a year now, and I love every minute of my SuperSlow Strength Training sessions. It is the most efficient and effective way to exercise and stay fit. The trainers that I have worked with, Mindy, Jean and Ché are excellent! They know, each in their own unique way, how to motivate and challenge me, and that adds much to the effectiveness and enjoyment of each workout.

Thanks to Loyalty Fitness, I was able to overcome a knee injury. Now, I am able to go on long, challenging hikes without any knee pain, something I was unable to do for a long time. I truly look forward to my Loyalty Fitness training sessions using the SuperSlow Strength Training technique. The results are incredible.

As a person who has played sports all my life I was used to the idea of long hours in a gym doing rep after rep to reach muscle fatigue. I was extremely impressed to see a workout program that worked your entire body in such a short period of time in a safe way and still able to gain results quickly. Mindy and her staff are also very knowledgeable, friendly and never make you feel uncomfortable, so whether your level of training is beginner or advanced they will gear your workout to fit your needs and answer any questions you have.

I have just completed my first 4 weeks working out at Loyalty Fitness and I'm so happy I gave it a shot! I've been hesitant to return to the gym due to a pretty bad back injury. When I saw that they offered 1:1 training with super low supervised movements I thought this could be the perfect thing for me and it is! I have worked with two trainers so far, Erica and Jean and both of them are careful, kind, compassionate and completely non-judgemental. I can tell that I am already stronger and feeling more at ease in my body since I started. Even more importantly, I feel assured that with their careful attention, that there would be no way for me to re-injure myself.

1) Jean, the trainer, is first rate--highest standards about form, very encouraging and a very lovely person 2) the studio is beautiful, clean and has the best machines for a complete workout 3) the slow motion weight training workout technique is the best for building muscle mass, increasing metabolism and safety 4) the private one on one training, in a place with no music or mirrors, allows for the focus needed to do this challenging workout. I feel very blessed to have this in my life and am so grateful to Mindy, the owner, who is extremely client friendly and does an A+ job of running this business!

I have been doing "slow system" strength training for years: gradually moving intense weight to build muscle tone, endurance, and stamina. When my trainer moved away, I tried Loyalty Fitness. Its terrific! All of the trainers are skilled in crafting individualized programs, the schedule is flexible, and the 30-minute sessions are highly productive. Its a great way to fight the natural effects of aging!

Kudos to the Loyalty Fitness team and a special shout out to Jean and Mindy. Even with only a weekly 30 minute slow strength training routine, I had the benefit of strength gain but one huge benefit was posture improvement. Please see photos at start of fitness and 3 years later. Fitness is a part of my weekly schedule.

I’ve been a client for over a year. And with a toddler and a job this has been my only fitness commitment I’ve been able to stick to. It’s something I look forward to the most every week. I love the trainers and the vibe there. It has helped me stay in shape and motivated - even when life gets crazy and I go for a week or more without ANY physical activity.
Even though the workout is consistent and you know exactly what to expect the trainers manage to challenge my body. A few days ago I worked out with Ronelle and today my muscles are sore (in an awesome way - as if I had gone surfing or some other workout I never do.)
I also really appreciate that they have been very flexible with scheduling and we’re able to find a different slot after I canceled on a short notice.
Loyalty Fitness makes me strong and sparkle!

I came to Loyalty with a chronic case of tennis elbow. My chiropractor said I needed to get stronger. Luckily I was able to keep working on my fitness during the pandemic, first virtually with Che, one of Loyalty’s excellent trainers, and now back in the gym since its reopening. Che is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. He’s completely rehabilitated my elbow and I’ve doubled what I can do on some of the machines. Safety concerns? None. I wait in the car until he texts me that he has completely sanitized the gym since his last client. He wears a mask during our session, and there is only ever one client in the gym at a time. These are really stressful times and being able to go to the gym and play tennis again has been a lifesaver.
