I couldn't have asked for a better experience or agent! Kris did absolutely everything right! She listened to everything I said I was looking for and she NAILED IT!! She answered all my questions and when I was interested in some properties SHE WAS THERE ASAP! Checking it out, taking videos to send me, it was awesome. She left me a nice little care package as a home warming and it was a pleasant surprise. I couldn't have asked for anything more than she provided, which was EVERYTHING! She works extremely hard so please don't waste her time. Good luck finding your place! 🙂

As many of you are aware selling a home can be stressful and frustrating. Especially if you have already moved or if your residing in another state. I have bought and sold many homes and properties and dealt with many realtors but none better than Kris Turner. This Home was not a easy sell for a number of reasons however she staid the course and was relentless in getting this across the finish line. My only complaint is she's not here in Houston where I could and would use her service!

We can’t say enough about our experience with Kris Turner and her husband, Royce. Relocating to Arkansas from Texas, we had very specific wants and needs in our next home, but it was not always easy or doable for us to hop in our car for 5-7 hours to see a new listing. Sometimes the homes we were interested in were not even close to Heber Springs, Team Turner’s home base. Kris and Royce always found a way. They would tour the home and provide video so we could see it. During the video, they would focus on the things they knew were important to us. Kris would even drive through areas hoping to find a home we might like. Kris was exceptionally prompt to reply to questions and concerns. Kris and Royce are experienced, knowledgeable, patient, and professional - willing to go the “extra mile” (literally and figuratively). We would highly recommend Kris and Royce Turner for your next real estate need!

Kris Turner is top notch. She makes herself available at all hours and everything was handled very efficiently. She is very familiar with the area and can tell you anything you need to know about the neighborhoods (anything from where is the closest good food option to whether or not there is any wildlife in the ‘hood). We are from out of state so she jumped through hoops for us to make sure we saw all the properties we wanted to while we were in town. I would highly recommend her if you are selling or purchasing a home. The only downside is after the deal is done you feel like you are losing a friend rather than a business associate.
