All they care about is their commission. The hell with you. I bought a house Doreen Polanco was my agent. The house was sinking, dry zone had to jack the whole house up costing over $100,000. And the house also did not have a certificate of occupancy. It has been a night mare.

My wife is a realtor with this company. They have a Red Day every year where they pick deserving folks that they lend a hand to. They completed 4 projects in one day with a lot of volunteers. Then they fed and watered us and there were games and a bounce house for the kids. Great company for all your real estate needs and an outstanding community partner.

Mike Towe recently helped me sell my home for a divorce settlement. I have been out of the country since they closed the borders due to Covid and needed to sell my house as quickly as possible, however it needed to have repairs done and be prepped before it could be listed. Trying to coordinate repairs, making sure the house is cleaned out, and getting it ready to sell is a tremendous task in itself, but doing it alone from another country is practically impossible and extremely stressful. Mike was referred to me and I am so thankful he was the one chosen to be my realtor. He made sure everything went as smoothly as possible, took time out of his day to meet contractors, rolled up his sleeves and stepped in to help when it was needed, and stayed in constant communication with me throughout it all. I have dealt with other realtors in the past, but I have never encountered one that was willing to step up and do anything and everything for a client he never met in person and only communicated with via phone calls, text messages and emails. He was even willing to be my proxy in settlement since I was unable to get across the border to get back home to deal with something I would normally do myself to make sure it was done right. Mike did that for me and so much more. I can’t thank him enough for all he has done. He is a great guy with a friendly personality and a fantastic realtor. I never could have done this without all your help, Mike. I can’t thank you enough, and truthfully, what I have written doesn’t paint the full picture.
